Ms. Ramatoulaye DIALLO holds a master’s degree in Social Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with over 10 years of professional experience in health communication. She is a member of the governance committee of the West African Network of Emerging Leaders in Health Policy and Systems (WANEL) in the 15 ECOWAS countries. Rama is a national trainer on health financing, universal health coverage and evidence-based budget advocacy. Currently, she uses her skills as a Communication and Advocacy Officer at the Regional Centre for Training, Research and Advocacy in Reproductive Health (CEFOREP) in Dakar, to support sexual and reproductive health policy research in Senegal. In the context of communication for social and behavioural change, she is currently working on gender-based violence (GBV).

Rama is a member of the SRMNEA-N National Platform on the Global Financing Mechanism (GFF), coordinated by the Ministry of Health and Social Action. She is also the leader of the thematic group “Communication and Advocacy” of the Civil Society Organizations Coalition on the Global Financing Mechanism (COSC GFF). She is passionate about using social media to promote health for the well-being of people. She is the Secretary General of the Senegalese section of the International Union of Francophone Press (UPF), a position that brings her into contact with a regional and international network of communication professionals.
